These Terms of Use govern your use of websites, landing pages, assessments, digital products, educational materials, and related content provided by MMAS CPA, P.C. ("MMAS CPA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using these materials, you agree to these Terms.
Educational Information Only
The Practice Owner’s Playbook, Villain Finder assessment, Mini-Audit, calculators, tutorials, worksheets, emails, and related materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
They do not constitute individualized accounting, tax, legal, financial, investment, medical, or business advice.
Your use of these materials does not create a CPA-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship with MMAS CPA. A professional relationship is established only through a separate written engagement agreement signed or otherwise formally accepted by MMAS CPA and the client.
Assessment Results
Any assessment results are intended to help identify general areas that may deserve further attention. Results should not be interpreted as a diagnosis, financial conclusion, valuation, audit opinion, tax recommendation, or guarantee of any particular business or financial outcome.
No Guarantees
Business, financial, tax, operational, and practice results vary widely. MMAS CPA does not guarantee that use of any assessment, Mini-Audit, calculator, worksheet, course, or other material will increase revenue, profitability, cash flow, practice value, efficiency, or any other financial or operational result.
Digital Products
Digital products may include online courses, worksheets, calculators, videos, assessments, educational materials, and downloadable resources. Access may be subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase. Materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use unless otherwise stated.
Payments
Prices and payment terms are displayed at checkout. Unless specifically stated otherwise, one-time purchases do not create a recurring subscription. Additional optional products or order bumps will be separately identified at checkout.
Refunds

Intellectual Property
